I was at a pre season game in 06-07 I think at the Coliseum & Rangers had Strudwick up at forward with Hollweg & ORr on a line. Talk about an absence of talent, but they were an interesting bunch.

nice, History of the World reference

He played fairly well last season and did get better the more he played. I'd say a small upgrade to Klein, but I do not have an issue with Girardi; nor think McIlrath would be better.

any sellers from the East? only 5 points out from playoff spot for worst team... other than COL and AZ im not sure if there are any sure sellers out there. i could see some "hockey" trades happening. us trade a F for D help with another playoff team. not sure who goes though. I think AV really likes his F depth at the moment.

Right now, so many teams are still in the mix, but I think the next three weeks will do a lot to separate the buyers from the sellers. There will be more teams that are real long shots to make the playoffs in a 2-3 more weeks.
