Ain't that the truth, decides to forgo the ASG just to be with his sick dog, maybe he 'loves' them more than his wife?

With the right audience he's proven to be quite effective.

I am pretty sure Willie D would have a better record with CBJ's roster too.

I love when people say we have no replacements after the Sedins. News bulletin We haven't had the Sedins this year.

Marwood would get over it once Burrows, Edler and Miller were run out of town

Stale Core and unmotivated roster was an understatement.

Just Burrows and Miller. I don't see Edler waiving his NTC even if Little Napoleon was to return.

Hansen should be traded as well. No point losing him for nothing in the expansion draft.

in fantasy land, i like Burrows and Sbisa to Mtl.
Not sure how you'd make the salary work, but perhaps we could take Dijonaise back, plus picks and prospects.

I wonder who would/could take him? I'll assume Hanson gets a 2nd or a forward prospect. Montreal have 2nd round picks or McCarron or Scherbak.

I heard rumours that Ottawa, Edmonton and Boston could potentially be suitors - only Boston have a 2nd round pick otherwise they have Debrusk, Senyshyn,

Ottawa have Filip Chlapik, and I highly doubt Chabot or Brown are moveable.

Oilers could offer, maybe Drake Caggiula or Slepyshev?? - i don't know i'm just spitballing.

Cagguila already chose Edmonton over Canucks . I don't see us pursuing him

Needs to go:

Hansen or Granlund - 2nd round pick
Sbisa - 2nd round pick
Burrows - 4th round pick

Should go:

Miller - 3rd round pick
Skille - anything
Edler - 1st round pick

This is what should happen although I think it's going to be very tough to make a trade this year.

Burrows and Sbisa to Mtl for Dijon, 1st.
Hansen to Pitts for a 2nd.
Miller to Dallas, Philli, ? for a 3rd.

Desharnais is UFA and wouldn't be protected so thats kinda pointless.

Pitts 2nd will be in the high 50's, plus they have less than a million $$ in cap space.

Miller to Dallas or Philly for a 3rd? I think he could get a 2nd if they're that desperate.
