WD just needs to go. When Benning said that he was good with the kids and was a good teacher. I'm pretty sure Benning was talking about "his" coach and not WD. Maybe Benning knew that Claude Julien was going to be fired and was already speaking that he was going to hire him. - manvanfan
lets hope its sooner than later. |

Any update on whether Benning has softened his stance on asking guys with NTC to waive? I was reading something that sounded like he might lean towards that if the Nucks carry on plummeting. That'll be good for you guys. |

Bunch of fcuking drama queens, Claude Julien you guys can be a bunch of dumb fcuks at times...
2nd post in a month wonder why, blame everything but the crap talent, bring in Claude while there's still time to get in the playoffs - Makita
I think everyone is actually blaming the talent, the coach and everything else.
Only the Buzzkill guy has the pom poms out. |

Night time here is now so brutal . Last night it was Buzzkill on here so I said Hell no .
The night before it was Buzzkill and that Leaf fan (that nobody can figure out why he is always here).
It is getting to the point I would rather talk to the wife at night time . |

If this is what it takes to get Benning (idiot) to accept the team is terrible, then bring on the losing. Scooby is right, because he's a smart man, losing is winning. |

A number of the regulars fought the good fight for as long as they could, but I think even they can now see the writing on the wall. The team will be much better for it coming out the other side though. |

Paraphrasing a little here: If we can no longer compete & be productive players, it will be time to retire. Sedin's.
Well they are at that stage now
I can not.even watch when they are on the ice, conveniently, I take beer break or whatever. They have always, in my eyes played a frustrating, but disciplined style.of game. Unfortunately, time has caught up and they are no longer even close to being able to keep up or be productive.
It is time to move on from the "cycle era".

It is time to retire but the problem is Daniel sits at 30 points away from 1000 first time in hockey history two brothers in NHL score 1000. No way he gets it this year.

No guarantee he reaches it next season either. It is just harder & harder to watch their RAPID decline. 4th line is more interesting to watch, heck Gaunce.was more entertaining.

Sedins have one ear left, deal with it.
They are brutal out there. Can't keep up, get pushed off puck so easily in the neutral zone. Only thing they can do is cycle along the boards, but teams just let them stay there.
Swedes like to retire early and move back to Sweden, I can not see them staying in North America passed next year. Remember, losing is winning, even next year. |

I am willing to deal with it which is why I post a number (111), it represents the amount of games remaining.
I don't mind the losing,I have been a fan since 1970,I just want to be entertained. This is in no way an entertaining brand of hockey. I am a defense first fan so I have no problem if games are low scoring. This brand/quality is terrible.

Once we get an injection of top prospects & more entertainment will happen. We will still want to see them play consistently though. |

The funny part was three weeks ago all the circle jerkers were trumpeting our playoff bound Canucks The only reason we may not hit 30th place is because Colorado is incapable of stringing any points together. We are defiantly bad enough to be in their shoes |

Geez, that is depressing & I thought I was being the Debbie Downer this morning.
I look at Top 5 draft picks and smile. Anyone of the centre's will make me happy. |
