3 points behind Philly 3 games in hand a win Thursday would be beyond huge. Isles simply can't pass on julien he is a legit top coach with a cup and would bring instant respect to the organization. I like what weight has done and knowing this organization they will not want to have a new system put in place in the middle of the playoff race. They excuse cannot fly I want to see him here

Even with his awful start, Ladd is only a goal behind Nelson and two more than Bailey. Maybe Ladd is starting to find the groove a bit.

The Isles really can't lose the game on Thursday. A loss would put them either four or five back. Even a win in OT only closes the gap to two. But they really have to beat Eastern Conference teams they're competing with for a PO spot the rest of the way going forward.

Really is a must win. Would be nice to have a president in place so he could make the call on Julian. I would have no issue hiring him right now.
