My guess is that Snow will soon be contacting Boston for permission to interview Julien. However, with Weight having got the Isles back into playoff relevance, no coaching decision will be made until the end of the season.

2nd Guess: If the Isles fall back out of the playoff conversation, then Snow may pull the trigger on a new coach before the season ends.
