If last night was a display of speed and skill then they don't have much..
Just every goal had a good amount of luck involved. Also, they have no offensive puck control. Passing into skates, lazy skating by Eichel and others. This team is poorly coached and they can barely keep up with a real hockey team.

there is fear that he could be the next Schultz or Petry once out of the Oilers. Injuries have slowed him down the past 2 years but hes pretty solid. Hes worth it if the asking price is respectable

Hes an ideal fit for a 2nd pairing guy short term unlesss he improves his skating but cheap enough to be a solid 3rd pairing guy.

Kris Russell has stolen his lime light in Edmonton, which is dumb bc Russell isnt good and gets by his "eye test" rep as shut down Dman. Hes going to cost them 4m to resign when they have a younger better version of him already in Davidson at 1.4m

Im in the same frame of mind, I wouldnt hate adding him to the Avs but I dont want Davidson blocking Bigras from coming up next season. Especially with my boy Z taking over the Left side of this Dcore.

Yeah that was bizarre, he dump trucked Scheifele a few times that game and I think the refs just wanted to calm things down a bit so toss him the 5mins. Ive never seen him take over a game like that for 60mins, hes finally realizing that with his size and strength he can do almost anything he wants out there
