I'd prefer to say he's optimistic. Strongly optimistic. I just went back and read some of his posts and they didn't display sunshine and roses. He understands this team has certain deficiencies. Just not as many as most. The way he goes about conveying those ideas are a little long.

Had the same number of points at the same time last year and ended up 3rd last. I can see that happening again. Not exactly a draft you want to tank in.

If LE and the twins would have had good seasons and we avoided injuries to key players all season then a bubble team. Better off where they currently are i'd say.

I think it's great that they bring the effort, which speaks to the coach and leadership in the room. I don't think they have to tank, the team is bad enough naturally to draft high. I think rock bottom may be a couple of years off yet.

I'm okay with losing as long as it isn't like last night. To me this team is 2 high end talent players replacing daniel and henrik. 1 legit top pairing D man. So 3 more years of high drafting or getting a bit lucky and finding a gem or two somewhere.

The atmosphere at the jets game are kind of hit or miss sometimes. If the team is playing well that night, place is great. If not well it's like going to a canucks game i'm guessing.

I don't know why anyone quotes suck4u. His posts are so bad and he derails the thread by posting over and over. He's one of the main reasons I don't come here as much. The other being the rumours never seem to come true.

Rock botTom will be next season.2018-19 season is our season for real change, even if we end up with less point and are at the bottom of league it will be a year of progress.

I get it, you guys are big fans but last night was annoying to watch on the ice and in here.

I will point out sitting having a coffee ,calm and not ranting just discussing.



I made a comment last night about the Swedish line being underwhelming and Golfing pointed out "yeah. but they are still our top players.". He is right and that has to change .

You are not going to move the Sedins an they have one year left and truthfully this year we have no replacements. Henrik actually still has game but Daniel has been a hindrance .

Seeing the last few games against the top teams exposes how old slow and soft we are. It is time to move assets.

Some of us including myself were praising Sbisa this year but if you can get a second round pick for him take it . This team needs a fresh start .

Miller Burrows and Hansen it was nice knowing you thanks for the service. Get those draft picks Jim.

I also have no problem with trading Edler or Tanev even if we unload the above mentioned contracts.
