I hate the Pats more than Nuck4U hates himself. I also picked the Gmen both times. I did have the Hawks beating the Pats though, my one misstep in 18 years.

You're really letting these past few losses get to you. It's almost like you're mad at the people that tried to set you straight beforehand.

Why don't you find a site for non-negative Canuck fans.

There will be games where they look competitive for sure. But they will be few and far between with this lineup. Watching the Sedins tonight vs a top 10 club was painful…but again there are positives. Horvat and Stecher looked 'real good' tonight…but with Miller and Sbisa back on par and Larsen looking like a complete disaster, 80 pts will be a stretch at this point. We have a 4th line that would barely get 3rd line minutes in Utica…lots to work on. Drafting high for a few seasons will not hurt us.

Yes the drafting will help but it takes 3 years to come onto roster. No generational or signature players out there that are coming up.

So in the mean time it's what's in the system and here to develop. Competitive games help do that.
