He'll join the Marlies and help make them a powerhouse again.. With Griffith back and Kap and Leipsic coming off injury they should be a hell of a lot better. Now we can see how Dermott and Nielsen look on a better team.

We have a couple of those Le Creuset roasters...food out of there is phenomenal. The French know what their doing. These things make a huge difference.

Never heard of those but the french know their food.

Medium spicy. Always can add a spicy sauce if desired.

Not sure how to rank the moisture factor but right in between dry and too wet. Down the middle.

I arrived in Calgary last night. I asked my Aunt is she's going to a super bowl party and she's like we're having one here! Oh great i thought!

Yup she invited some engineer dude from Lebanon (never watched football) and her next door neighbour (he's 73). The food seems to be pork in the slow cooker, and to make it even more exciting, we aren't watching it live because she has an event to go to until 6 (mt)

She sure knows how to party...

I'm between slow cookers right now so I have to go oven. What do you like to put on it. How hot and wet do you like your meat?

It's kind of cheating but Costco used to have a pre seasoned pulled pork that was incredible.

I can't remember the exact cooking instructions but I think it was supposed to be 300F for about 1 hour per pound in the Dutch oven (lol) but you had to keep it off the bottom with a little rack (lol) of some kind. And in the bottom you put a cup water or substitute half a cup of water for apple cider vinegar.

Yeah, if you're doing it from scratch you better get moving if you want it for tonight just because of marinading time. Or take your sweet ass time since you're already high as (frank), order a pizza, watch hockey and football and let that mother(frank)er sit in deliciousness all night.

Speaking of pizza, we did a Big Mac pizza at the hall last night and I wept tears of joy.
