Ya he looked good in televised game last week.

Read an article couple weeks back that expressed concern about Boeser. Gist of article was he tends to score against inferior competition and very little against better competition. Of course can't find it now.
Sure hope this is not the case as we badly need some new young blood soon(like 4 years ago).

You are right. It comes back now. Keenan said he had a better trade set up and Burke didn't want to follow through when he took the GM job from Keenan who had it briefly. If I recall, Keenan's trade didn't look like it was better later in hind sight at all. I can't even remember who the players were he mentioned... Adam Graves? I forget...

keenan said it was deal with LA. So however they had at the time. Dont think he ever mentioned which players

Keenan wanted a return for Bure so badly to insert into his lineup he would have traded him for just about anything.

He did however make that awesome Bertuzzi trade.......twice!

He got Federal Judge to make a nation wide ruling. Hasn't happened since Texas judge killed the Obama order to legalize the Dreamers. Yeah Seattle shoving it to them robber barons in the WH. Love seeing there is some rule of law to stop the fascism that Trump is trying to create.

I doubt college players leave before graduation just to play in AHL. If he leaves it's because Nucks say he gets a spot on team. Same for BB. If we want him then JB says here's a contract you got a roster spot but you need to earn your icetime or deployment.

I was just walking home and I seen what looked like the prefect cartoon caption for the New Yorker


It was two guys standing having a conversation under a lampost. One was about 6'3 very stylish with a Carr coat , a goatee with an elastic braiding it , hair oiled back with the man bun.

The other guy was wearing a hoodie but you could see his long curly hair sticking out in jeans and was about 5'5. He looked like a cross between Weird Al and Jesus.

The caption I thought that it looked like was Jesus and Lucifer having a discussion out in the snow about what the hell can we do about Donald Trump.

Yes I know I have a strange mind , no need to tell me.

Of course but it's sort of like the Tree situation was at the time. Could be in their contracts as well. Only that once they sign they can't go back to college. A sacrifice they would expect a certain amount of leash to make it. So yes if say 15-20 games or so it's not working for them then they would recognize they got a shot and need the AHL to work on their game. Just saying it shouldn't be a training camp slam. That would send a bad message to college players. The whole earning it thing is very subjective.

I could care less what happens in the States. Their domestic problems are their own creation. I care mostly about the foreign policy and already I'm sick of it. Just shift the regime change bs from Assad in Syria to Iran. I do want to see relations cool with Russia but the neo cons are hard at work to sabotage that already.

The Fall of Rome. As a non-American, that's what it all looks like to me.

Yeah. Hopefully they are better than the AHL ers we have in lineup now. Still think players should spend at least 20-40 games in minors. Unless they are exceptional of course.
