That's on Bylsma. Putting Foligno shotgun with Jack is a disaster. I'd rather see (gulp) Carrier there. At least he can skate. Foligno is where good plays go to die. Just watch that line. If it's jack, sam, or a combo of the 2, things are happening, when the puck goes left, it's grind it out time boys, just the way coach likes it. it's exasperating at best.

Plus/Minus is a little more complicated and most acknowledge it's a bad stats to really judge much on...
especially in a small sample size

But even if u hate those guys there...
u don't take a guy out of a spot where he's playing his best hockey

Try Baptiste or Bailey if it's really as bad as u say
Or Carrier (even though he didn't produce much in the top6)
Etc etc etc

Kane is playing really good where he is
Don't mess with that

he had four goals, two assists and was a plus-2 in the seven games after Eichel returned to the lineup and the team went 4-2-1...

oh...and as for plus/minus?...depends what point you want to make...that's what stats are for

Regarding the Sabres, I am sticking to my story. If > 5 points out, trade all the UFA's you can. Trade Kane now while his stock is high and get us a Top 3 D-man. Bring up Baptiste, Bailey and Nylander for his 10 games. Move Foligno down. Let it ride.
