i buy that for a guy like girgensons to an extent. Im not sure you could convince anyone that bylsma is holding kulikov/bogosian back. Mis using them/overusing them sure.

Kulikov probably needs to be shut down for the season, and probably would be if he wasn't a UFA. Bylsma already said he's not going to take gameday skates for the rest of the season. Lower back injuries suuuuuuck. Some days you can barely walk. I remember Mario had to have his skates tied for him at the end because his back was so bad, but he was Mario, so even at half speed he was better than everyone else.
