He hasn't been that guy for a long time. If Gallagher was healthy he'd be a good replacement. Also, I could see Eberle light it up in the east. - Ihatebrianburke
The Oilers have sucked the soul out of all of their long-term players. I bet if the Oilers make the playoffs, and Ebs is still around, he'll light it up. |

Show him the Meat Spin man - Ihatebrianburke
I get the feeling he probably created the meat spin. |

A big plus from Edmontons perspective.
I remember his getting his hand smashed up by Boychuk (last year?), what been ailing him this season? - Wildschwein
Well, as for the last injruy he received a shot from shea weber on his hand. I think he will be back near the trade deadline or something like that.
Galchenyuk will get a raise this summer, hopefully Radulov is coming back and Price and Pacioretty need new deals in two seasons.
I'm not saying it's a bad trade for Mtl, but Bergevin would need to think about that one. |

Then he has no heart and doesn't belong here. If 6 million a year isn't reason enough to do his job, then he can (frank) right off. That isn't a valid excuse to me. |

It happens... Hard to get motivated when you're one of the worst teams in the league year in and year out... It's a mental thing. The money is another thing altogether. There's more to being motivated than just dollar signs... If you asked me this several years ago, I would have disagreed with what I just said. |

He's having a bad year, but has been injured too. He is not nearly as talented as Eberle, but has way more heart and plays harder. Also he's quite the pest. I'd prefer someone with a little development rather than a 2nd rounder though. Noah Juulsen would be nice. Right shot dman - Ihatebrianburke
Even a 1-for-1 deal likely wouldn't go through. With Eberle's cap hit and lack of consistent results of lately, he's likely lost a good deal of value. Forget the 2nd. No chance we get both a top-6 replacement on a nice contract AND a great D prospect for Eberle. Likely one or the other. |

That's complete horse sh!t if you ask me. He plays a game for a living. A very good living. Shape up or ship out. |

(frank) Eberle. I play harder in shinny every night than that gap toothed female dog ever plays. I was a huge Eberle fan before, but years of watching his half assed brand of hockey has sure soured me on him. |

Maroon was already a NHL player, Samuelsson hasn't ever proved the same. Still a good trade if you ask me. Zero risk of Moroz learning how to skate and becoming a player |
