Somebody has to be on the bottom. He's been a regular in an NHL lineup going on 3 seasons now. Players who suck, aren't in the NHL. Now if we want to talk about areas of the roster that there is room for improvement on, and where to look, I agree that the 4th line is an area that needs to be upgraded in the future.

How would you like to evaluate it? Vandevelde in the last 2 seasons before this one had a +/- of -6 and -7. Since we know he and his line have not been scoring a lot of goals, at ES or shorthanded, that is not the +/- of a player who is on the ice for a lot of goals against at ES.

I have no idea what the frank you dudes are talking about but it's better than arguing +/- vs Corsi so carry on.
