I think that Austen Matthews is a very good, All-Star caliber player. Not necessarily a "generational talent" like McDavid or Crosby, but a star player for sure. I think Mitch Marner is in the same boat. Same with Nylander, they're 3 very good, young players.

After over a decade of suck, the Leafs finally have a decent team. Not a great team, nor one that will contend for a Cup this year, but a decent one. Yet Leafs fans are crowing as if they're about to win their 3rd straight Cup. Since Philly entered the league in 1967, the Leafs have not won a Cup. Hell, they haven't even reached the finals.

During the same time period, the Flyers have won 2 Cups and been to the finals 8 times.
