Garth should still go regardless of the team making the playoffs. It's going to be interesting to see if Garth makes a deal if the Isles stay in playoff contention? Still want Hamonic traded for that wing. I thought the reports were Nolan Patrick was not a superstar type player? I do not follow the draft so I have no idea.

I haven't followed it either, but what I'm hearing is that there's 2-3 good players. After that, there's a drop off in talent. It's a crap shoot no matter how you look at it.

I just lost 14 minutes of life due to this gif.

And yet somehow I'm okay with that.

I think most projections have him labeled as a solid 1/2 C, which is a little disconcerting since in most drafts the 1st overall is usually labeled as a franchise player for his position.
I'm sure they're will be some hidden gems in this draft, but if ever there was a year to deal picks it would be this one. Sadly the expansion draft complicates things somewhat.

I keep hearing that it's a weak draft. I do agree that there'll probably be some solid gems in this class.

Nope. Logged in this morning at around 6:30 and saw this gif. Next time I looked at the clock it was damn near 7:00.

(frank) sakes I've been married too long.

I read that Nolan Patrick, while expected to be a good player in the NHL, is nowhere near a franchise player, and would have only gone 4th or 5th in last year's draft.

I read the same thing John. Isles might as well keep winning and maybe even think about trading their #1 in a deal for that wing?

He will be perfect for the Coyotes. Goes well with all their other not quite elite prospects.

I would. Hamonic and the 1st + a 2nd outa net a solid scorer.

McJesus?
Just kidding. I know we'd have to add Bailey to that trade.

P.S. don't let Iggy see this post. Don't need him 'roid raging in here. Hemorrhoids, that is.

I love trades. Hamonic has to be feeling a little jealous team is doing fine without him.

Bailey has to have some value now? Even Kulemin. Hamonic, Bailey or Kulemin and the #1 or MDC for Duchene. Make it happen.

Oh he is cranky lately. Must be bunged up.

Only 8 minutes lost staring at that gif! I'm doing better.

He seems to be on the attack with most everyone in there. I saw his latest target was IHBB.

Indeed. So much for Hamonic being so critical to the Isles though.

Yup for the last hour now. Damn near 30 of those 60 minutes spent watching hypnotizing titties. Wednesdays aren't so bad after all.
