if you move someone like carrier or ennis up front and ullmark id just protect girgs. you'd be forcing Vegas to choose between ahl scrubs and really bad nhl contracts which is kind of what you want

the floor is 60% of the cap. which means about 42-45 million. i would be fine with moulson or bogosian. im hoping ennis is gone before long, but he may be able to raise his value to the point that hes an asset to trade. so however we can turn this into our advantage- by having them take a bad contract off of our hands, im all for it. i dont want to lose carrier, ullmark, larsson, or girgensons for nothing- they may not be stars but they can fill a role at a minimal cost.

Think you mean West.

And I'm pretty certain Ohio is full of lots of crap in between.

Not sure if it remains that way, but a year or two ago, wasn't there talk that GMTM said Foligno was completely untouchable? He's only been better since then IMO (though not now being on Eichel's line, that's just ridiculous coaching).

I don't remember that and I hate him up on Eichel's line. Sometimes I think they put guys on these good lines to build up their value to trade them otherwise I see no reason for him to be there.

Bylsma needs to switch Foligno with Kane. Kane-Eichel-Reinhart was pretty decent last year, and Foligno and Gionta are perfect with Girgs in the middle replacing Larson

Yes, that's why I said now, but he's able to do it and the Sabres are winning some games while he is doing it. You hate the guy I know, but he is better than you perceive and they won't just give him away.

Come on now.

He's averaged 25 and a half minutes a game (no where near 30) the last 3, and scored a goal.

Does this erase how brutal he was the first 15 games or so to start?

They will absolutely try and move on like they did in the offseason
