I went to Rutgers Camden for a year. It wasn't bad unless it was Mischief Night. Oh the stories of that night.
- dragonoffrost

You mean Rutgers Philadelphia, right?

I walked through Camden from the concert venue (whatever it's called now) to the train station. I did not enjoy any part of it.

LOL! Thanks for the reference point for those not from the area.

And yes walking out of class and seeing a city block burning was kind of odd and scary. Walking across campus to get my ride home with a state police helicopter spot light on me was disconcerting also.

I envision him having some sort of scotch distributor who comes by every day and has some sort of voice-activated scotch disposal system to fill his glasses. Hard to pour a glass when you've already got a full glass in both hands.

That's Mrs. BiggE's job. It's a fair trade off, I have to make her martinis.

You need hands to operate those. BiggE does not have free hands during scotch time.

I asking for holes to get plugged. They should be plugged. July 1st isn't the only time to do this.

The Flyers should not under any circumstances be moving future assets just for this season. If they can make a move that helps both now and in the future, that's fine. Otherwise, other than acquiring future assets by moving pending UFA's and veterans, stay the course. Let the season ride out.

One day, and may that day be soon, there will be a Flyers team without AMac, Schultz, Streit, MDZ, Read, PEB, VdV, and Weise on the roster.

This is what keeps me going....well, that, and the 15 year old Glenfiddich that I'll be drinking tonight. And by tonight, I mean in about an hour or so!

Agreed. There is no magic move that is going to drastically improve this team to the point that they can contend for a Cup in 2017, so just stay the course and if out of the top 8 or 9 by the deadline, move some UFAs

As long as he does something. Last year really pissed me off when he did nothing. Obviously this team is far from perfect, so, either make moves to improve it now (not recommended) or at least get what you can for the UFA's and improve for the future. My cat could do what he did last year.
