Didn't want to say anything, but...

I swear every other shift in OT he had a breakaway and everytime he tried the same move. I bet by the third time Quick was just laughing as he saw him coming

The Kings were destined to win that series. The Rangers could have been the 84 Oilers and it wouldn't have mattered.

Are the rangers contenders again?
- rangerdanger94

They are among the best dark horses with BJ wash and pens are the favorites.

Yeah, after winning 347 games in a row, they are a mere 5-5 in their last ten.

Need to get Vesey some more minutes and confidence.
- mdw7413

Vesey is starting to show some fatigue from playing more games than he is used to. At least he will have the ASB to rest, and 18 nights off according to Norse math.

But seriously, why hold up a roster spot for a player you know won't be back for at least 7 days. Obviously I'm missing something.... which is not surprising.
- mdw7413

I thought it had to do with the player's replacement. Depending on the level of NHL service the replacement player has - I think the player called up from the minors has to clear waivers in order to be sent back down.

So, say you call up someone with a 2 way minors/NHL contract - they can be sent down with no issues. But someone with only an NHL contract would have to clear waivers before being sent down.

Hope this makes sense as I think I've actually confused myself.
