That said, Snow has only Halak in his pocket next year( if he doesn't go to the KHL) so he better start thinking about who is going to play goal next year for this team. He better be on the phone with Greiss's agent trying to get a deal done because he is going to get offered a deal some where this summer. Toronto, Buffalo, St.Louis and if snowballs trades for Crawford and his 6 million $ cap hit, The Hawks wouldn't mind him tending the net for them either. Numbers don't lie and his numbers have been near the top of the league the last 2 years.

2 years you say? Sheesh that's 2 small of a sample size what did he do all those other years? Answer who cares he's played well his entire time here and was outstanding again last night. Sometime it takes guys longer to reach their potential. Now I'm not saying sign him for life either but he's earned an extention
