I watched half the game last night, bits of the 2nd I pvr'd and then most of the 3rd on an american station, nice change to listen to the Chicago announcers.

the team looked like they were going for the tie the last 4 or 5 minutes. Heard WD say they were tired at the end. I just wish they would always keep pressing.

They are sitting in 18 th spot there is many ways it can go. They can go up ,they can go down, they can stay the same . They can go up and down.

Canucks last month were one of th hottest teams in the league. I don't give a sh1t if it was they Coyotes or the Caps , they beat NHL teams.

We were 90 seconds away from getting a point from one of the best teams in the league. A lazy play by Daniel caused the game . He steps in front of the guy that goal does not happen.

Makita is right ,it is his nickel, if he wants to complain about the team it is within his rights. I enjoyed the game.

For those that hate what they see on the ice I feel sorry for you it will be a long four years.

In the summer I said this is a 500 team that will finish somewhere between 14-17 , they are sitting in 18 th this morning with a game in hand on the Flames. They are right where I expected.

I believe the team lacks quality top 2 line players, and for all the praise that is being handed out to the defense is great, for a bottom team, and really really suspect for a top end team.

That's the main difference, with 4 minutes left in a tie game, or even if Chicago would have been down one, they have the players that will attack with a vengeance, canucks were running around like a Benny Hill fire drill.

I get it , honestly.

Everyone has an opinion.

Mine is different but it doesn't mean either is right.

I think the D is good and that is why I want to draft another Dman to improve it and trade the low D on the Totem pole for a forward.

I get the draftist . I just don't think there is a big drop off of talent between the number 8 pick and number 18 .

I am glad we are 15 spots higher so far and as of late have been enjoying the hockey. The first 15 games were brutal but the team seems to be getting it together more now.
