Improved yes. I've said many times Larssn is a decent shutdown Dman. But he's not a top pair. And is not what we should have gotten for Hall. Oilers have pretty much admitted multiple times this last month that they are still looking for a true top pair because no one they have is fitting the bill and they will not be an elite team until they get one.
