Definitely two huge reasons.
But this is a more complete team than we have seen in nearly 10 years.
It was shaping up that way before Chia, but he has brought in a few pieces and pulled the trigger on a huge controversial trade, that has made the defense respectable. There is still a ways to go before this is a cup team, but it's a young team with some assets that can be moved. Also free agents will be way more likely to come than in the past.

So cheer the (frank) up and enjoy the ride
