Ethan Bear, Tyler Benson and Dylan Wells to name a few. Caleb Jones also played very well in the WJC.

Todd was already well into the interview process before PC was hired. Babcock was never in consideration for the oilers as his wife said no way in hell.
Babcock was touted to be the best coach available after that season. Todd is better.
