i sit in wait for the moment people realize they have been duped. sadly, many won't see it.

They're probably buying the fact he created all those auto sector jobs recently announced, that were planned back in 2015.

For a born Montrealer, that's a (frank)ing disgrace.

A billionnaire appointing other billionaires...oh, together they will surely "fix" that system that made them billionnaires.

As opposed to cheats and liars appointing other cheats and liars, pick your poison..

btw being against the president is a political right after an 8 year hiatus. for the last 8 years being against the president was called racism

I was reading a chart that something like 77% of people that are against obamacare when polled about specifics of it were actually for it.

people can be for it in parts, but i believe people were not happy about losing their doctors ( which was promised wouldn't happen), and deductibles not skyrocketing (which also happened).

i'm sure most of us like the specifics of universal healthcare, but its reality is different.

to deny that wasn't a part of it is being pretty naive.

not to say there wasn't some things Obama did that i disagreed with.

I've also read that medical costs will skyrocket further once it's removed. I mean we all want free healthcare without being taxed for it.....might as well throw in food, lodging and spending money.

Most people's desires are different from reality.

cause insurance companies would never take advantage of a situation to improve its bottom line.

outside of keystone how will Canada benefit from his presidency? he could be disastrous for manufacturers who depend on exports to the US, ditto for lumber exporters. if he really tightens immigration laws you could see more strain on Canada's system. and in any territorial dispute with Russia in the Arctic, jeez i wonder whose side he would take.

I'll never forget that girl I met in Mexico 20 years ago that crossed the border to get stitches to save thousands. She knew she'd end up with a scar but couldn't afford to get it done in Texas.

of course there were people who disliked him for racial reasons, but to almost cover it all under the same umbrella would be wrong too.

Where will the States get their Lumber from? Hydro? Manufacturing ?(most of what they won't take from China will/could be back in the states....but I'm quite sure they will need Canada to cover for the rest).
