i don't hate Gardiner - has some very good upsides.
said that several times.
But I think he has a lack of hockey sense / defensive awareness.
Babcock gives him alot of offensive zone starts and virtually 0 pk time.
If he'll lead the leafs in TOI tonight, that's a good sign.
But it might be Zaitsev and Hunwick with highest TOI tonight I'm afraid.

Love to see Habs fans upset already with the news that Galchenyuk was practicing on the third line today with Shaw and Andri-who-cares-oh.
Nice to see them finally admit he does not drive play at all on his own and relies on others like Patches or Radulov in order to produce. |
