why not? He's small but doesn't play that way and he is a lot more skilled then Rychel. te Marlies forwards have been Kapenen Leipsic and a bunch of other guys pretty much this year.. think it sends a bad message if you call up a guy like Rychel and leave Leipsic down when he's been a lot better

he needs protection if they don't want him exposed, same as leipsic.

The 38 games is to meet the requirement of having 2 forwards exposed with a minimum number of games played.

Same. Hes great on PK too. Cant imagine he will ever be a guy making big money too so his contracts will always be team friendly, plus he probably makes all his money with his childrens books and playing in the NHL is mostly a hobby and something to do for him

but seems quite obvious they don't want to lose rychel nor leipsic
(that was implicitly in there; reason for them not being on the team).
