Let's pump the brakes a little, fellas. It was one game. There usually is an uptick in tempo after a coaching change. Let's see where they are after 4 or 5 games.

Playoffs are a long shot, but you never know. I think Isles will be fine without Hamonic and Ladd and will do even better with the wing they can get for him. What the frank happened to the post game show and Weight's interview?

I was concerned that we went 0-7 on pp last nights and here why. Our attacking style and fact our players challenged the opposing team dman rather than dumping puck in corner lead to getting 7 pp. . also lehtonen was only reason why we didn't score on pp last night. That game was a blow out otherwise.

And best of all we stayed in offensively zone most of game. Something we havent done all year. Let hope this wasn't a one and done Effort.

Let see if we see it again saturday.

Greiss back to back shutouts. Anyone else need some clarity to why we need to extend this guy. This guy has been better than Halak since day one burn people just didn't t realize it. He helped win isles first playoffs series last year. Wake up. We found our goalie.

Check the possession stats. Isles dominated that game. Aside from Tyler seguin ringer off the post on pp in 3rd Dallas did nothing all game.

The reason they went 0 for 7 was twofold. First, Weights pp. Enough with the 4 forwards. They don't have enough talent for that system. Second, to prove my first point, Bailey, Quine & Prince were on the pp. Quine whiffed on a one-timer along with other missed opportunities.
On the other end, greiss played a good game. They played a pretty solid all around game.
