Pretty much impossible unless they trade a forward for a d man.
- mdw7413

A lot of stuff can happen between now and the end of the year and for a team that pretty much always spends to the cap, that contract is gold.

I thought Girardi, McDonagh, Holden and Skjei were all good. I thought Klein wasn't terrible except for the first goal gaffe. Clendening scares the beejesus out of me.

All around solid effort tonight. Hank looked much better, hopefully he can build off it.

Hank looks like someone found his puppy

Amazing what a difference a year makes with Grabner, knew he was still capable of this especially on the PK, he's the difference, that Hags speed that always kept the PP honest

Per our conversation earlier, there is one guy that fits your criteria of a player that the Blues would control and while maybe not so substantial now has a bright future. If the Rangers were sure that Shattenkirk would sign, and if they are playing well enough to think they have a chance, I could see a deal involving that player happening. Might not be smart, but I could see it.

Who doesn't fit so great with a totally healthy forward group?

We definitely missed him out there tonight. Team just didn't look the same without him.

Vesey. He really isn't cast Wells's a fourth liner.

If they make a move for a defenseman, don't be surprised if he isn't bate.

And, I realize he's a rookie and slumps are part of the process.

I was actually thinking of him when Lindberg took that penalty with six minutes left.

Really not worth arguing about this anymore.

I knew u we're thinking Vesey, and although I agree, he's most likely going to be in the top 9 next year either due to us losing someone at the draft or a trade for a dman. I think trading him sends a real bad message to any other college FA thinking about signing with us.

best part about that win last night is it will shut this fanbase up for a little while

every year I start to hate Ranger fans more and more

this year my hate is at Defcon 1 levels

If they lose the next game, even 1-0, the level will be pushed to the Nuclear Option. Every team has its ups and downs, some fans can't handle that.

I never knew how many dolts there were until social media. I remember being a kid in the 80s at games & hearing some drunks yelling crazy sh!t & my Uncle just said "Those are the stupid Ranger fans, don't be them".
