Washington: Betsy DeVos, President-elect Donald Trump's education secretary nominee, said it should be up to states whether guns are allowed in schools, citing grizzly bear protection as part of her answer.

She also said she would support Trump if he moved to ban gun-free schools zones, a position he advocated on the campaign trail.

Betsy DeVos is actually Sarah Palin in disguise, isn't she?

Its like they live in a animated world, thinking they can just redraw things and start over when things go bad.

Lies. She never said that. Trump never said that. It's all rigged against them. The media is lying about them again, bigly.

he surely is.
we just disagree what that potential is.
i'm quite sure he's playing at top of his potential; which is some good offensive contribution. however lacking on the defensive side, and bad in decision making (0 hockey intelligence).

I'm happy to say I'm wrong about a player.
E.g. I underestimated Connor Brown's abilities - very happy he's doing way better than I expected.
But I'm quite sure I got Jake Gardiner's evaluation right; a 3-4 d-man that is great on pp, and lacks defensive positioning abilities.

- MaximusAurelius

And I think that you are way off in how narrowly you judge the "defensive side" of the game. I place more value in being able to play with the puck and get it out of the zone. Yes he commits some turnovers, but all of the guys who play with the puck a lot (Burns, Subban, Karlsson etc) do. I'm really interested to see how he does in tougher situations with Zaitsev, who I think is a perfect partner for him.

Did you see any of the question put forward to her by Al Franken?

Man she is a (frank)ing idiot. Clear poster child against the private schools that she's trying to push

Meh, at least I don't have to worry about the fools who govern the USA internally.

Were there Sabers trolls in the last blog?
- SofaKingBored

Sabres, not Sabers.

And I point this out not to be a douche to you (although that's a happy side effect), but merely because the original owner called them the Sabres because he wanted to spell it "the Canadian way" to attract more Canadian fans.

There's a funny story about how it was in the movie Slapshot, but when she saw it, she was so appalled she refused to allow it on the soundtrack.

I'll see if I can dig up a link.

Didn't we establish that people are averse to genetically modified foods because of inconclusive evidence about the dangers of GMO produce that is pervasive through alternative media, and that humankind has been, in one form or another, unnaturally modifying cultivars of edible plants by breeding varieties together which enhance the more desirable traits of edible plants, which essentially makes the whole GMO argument moot?

Good thing for Gauthier and his 40% Corsi.
