Gudbrandson is 24 he will learn position and when to pinch. It takes time. He is a team leader and I would take Guddy in the playoffs over Tanev when things get tough.

Either way I will be happy with the decision Canucks make .

He may not be Pronger mean, but after the whistle he (literally) throws people away from the net that get too close to our goalie, he makes smart hits that don't put him out of position, and you can tell his hits hurt.

Ive seen him fight in russia. He held his arm straight out and the guy couldnt hit him....then tree started smashin with the other hand. Totally one sided. He knew how to use his size.

oj strikes me as a d man that plays better with better players, he puts the puck on the tape so what happens after that isn't his fault, in junior there no where near as good as the nhl.

Not so much needs better to play well, but needs better players to be able to handle how well he thinks the game. Watching Finland play, so many players couldn't handle his tape to tape passes, or simply couldn't finish them off. Lots of his shows led to rebounds his team couldn't pounce on, etc.
