Unless Weight takes them on a long playoff run he should not be coach next year.
Cappy is gone so the avatar is working. No change until the job is done. - ses111
How is he going to go on a long playoff run when there is half a season left and they are in the cellar? If they go something like 25-15 and show mass improvements do you give him a shot next year?
I do think JT will have a big voice in who the next coach will be. |

He's not going on a long playoff run. That was just an example of what Weight has to do come back most likely. I'd rather have someone from the outside. Guys like Crawford and Dineen and maybe Travis Green and Matvichuk. |

That gives them 92 points and they would still miss the playoffs. I want a fresh start, everyone must go! |

My bad Herr Ses, I didn't mean to imply that they were Cappy's players. I meant to imply that maybe the owners will go on a binge now that they have a taste of change. - Wildschwein
It's very scary to think the Isles have Cappy type players. Trade all of them out of here. |

I agree they need to interview as many as they can, but i am pretty sure if they will need permission to interview assistant coaches if they are still under contract. You know LV will be looking for a coach and i'm sure a few other teams as well. Hopefully they have better luck bringing in a top coach as they do top tier FA's |

Do you think we see some trades Dan? You figure the Isles and Col can get something done. Isles have d to trade and Col have forwards to trade. |
