I'd stick him where Carrick is even beside Gardiner. He hits, and plays mean, but he can actually skate. I know he's been beaten a few times tonight by our super rookies, but overall, he's been the sabres best d imo. Rasmus skates nice, but I rather McCabe.

I think Reilly will be a stud.

It depends on how long Reilly is out. 2 weeks, trade for a decent vet. Just a guy who can play defence. If you can get a decent young defenceman, JVR is gonzo.
