They only let you down if you have any belief whatsoever that they might win, and other than a morale boost every now and then, wins are pointless now anyhow. Colorado would have to go something like 8-1-1 out of 10 for the rest of the season just to have a shot at getting into the playoffs. A shot...not a guarantee.

I just sit back, have a beer or two and consider these games scrimmages for the upcoming 2017-18 season. Zadurov's starting to look better...he's put a few good, CLEAN (no penalties) defensive hits on some guys in the past couple games (including the one on Kane tonight).

Don't have any expectations for this group, I hope they don't trade dutch. When the Hawks come to town it's about 60 40 for the hawks. I've been numb to the losses, next year started in November for me. But I love the avs, always have and always will. Man they treat me like $hit though.

I would argue that Slavin is better than Faulk right now. Brett Pesce quickly climbing the ladder too.

Hes a knob....example last night. Tampa beat writer that he follows tweets out that Ass GM Chris MacFarland is listed as attending the Tampa Ducks game.

Dater tweets out that hes "hearing" that MacFarland is at that game.

Well no MacFarland was listed but did not attend. He just takes tid bits of info he finds and throws them out there and hope the stick on the wall
