A good majority has for the last several seasons. His incompetency, foolish deals & signings, and stubbornness to adjust to the salary cap era & how the game is played today, has put this team in the dumpster fire it is in.

And no, before its said, the likes of Scotty Bowman, Jim Nill, and Joe McDonell in the front office, made Holland look good during the successful times, you've seen what Holland has been able to do since they all left. He's been exposed as an average and out of touch GM at best.

When his mindset and quote before this season was "less can be more exciting", yeah, it's time to go, enough is enough. Isles fans deal with the same from Garth Snow, they can tell you all about it as well, sadly.
