i think they need to start including tertiary assists as points

I'd like the player who scores an unassisted goal to get 2 assists

If a player commits a turnover that leads to a goal without the opposition losing possession, that players should have 1 assist deducted from his total.

I see you're a subscriber of the "all goals should be worth an equal amount of points" movement.

All points matter.

Oh better yet, if a player on the other team gets a turnover or something that leads to the unassisted goal, they get -1 assist

Yup, all is still properly silly and overwhelmingly terrible.

I wonder if he had to call a cab. It's Long Island, so I'm going to say yes.

I want to be very very clear about this, so there are no confusions or misconstruing of my words:

Yes.

Flyers are tied with Detroit for most shoot out wins with 5. Color me stunned!

When Ghost in his interview after last game, looking and sounding like a husk of a person, said, "I'm going to do whatever it takes to help the team....if that means me being in the press box, that means me being in the press box," a little part of me died. Unfortunately, that was the last little part of me, so I am indeed dead.

Let this be known as the season when the Flyers players decided that starting families was more important than the team. I don't want players who can't get their priorities straight like that on my team.

Ivan Provorov strikes me as the type that has zero interests or hobbies outside of hockey and the Flyers. He will never date, never marry, never have fun. He stares at a wall thinking about the Stanley Cup when he's not playing hockey. He understands his mission.

There is no question that Provorov sleeps with his hockey stick and with his shin pads on.

It is upsetting...I make them the priority over my family and they can't do the same

That was the first time I thought to myself, "This team has no idea what the coach is doing. It makes no more sense to them than it does to me."

I'm okay with the younger players sitting out a game or two but at some point the best way to break a slump is to dress the best team. I'd like us to start doing that.
