next time Tavares has 40 goals will be his first... you can argue it either way. all i am saying, is i dont think its fair to compare the 2. Tavares plays Center so is naturally more valuable. Good centers are hard to find. - richardson30
Which in-turn makes Tavares more valuable. Add in the age and the fact he's played 3 no injury riddled seasons to Nash's 1. |

Who else thinks Buchnevich is the most skilled guy on the team? |

Ondrej Pavelec to start tmw night in WPG vs. ARI.
Looks like Jets goaltending plans getting a re-boot.
Another team that is a mess. |

If we are talking all around natural skill with the puck. Its either Nash, Hayes or Zuke |

Showing up in big games isn't the question.
The question is who is the most skilled player on the team?
You think it's not Nash?

Right now I might agree. Who do u see being our most skilled guy in a year or 2? I think Buchnevich is going to be as dynamic of a player we've had in a looongg time. |

Zuke is the most skilled passer on the team, and perhaps has the best vision. Nash is the total package from a skill perspective -- skating, shooting, passing, stickhandling, etc. Hayes is an interesting choice. Not willing to say he is or isn't yet.

No, just like to take shots at him. I honestly thinks it's Hayes. If Hayes was willing to shoot a bit more he could easily be a top 15 center. |

Honestly, I don't feel like I've seen enough of him yet. He may be, but it's just to early for me to tell.
Matt's mention of Hayes is an interesting one. He's got great hands for a big guy, and a good shot, when he actually uses it.

That pass to Miller on the shorty where he wasn't even looking at him was brilliant. |
