I went to Chuck's burger barn once and got a burger where the patty was ground bacon, and it had a fried egg on top, amongst other things

It was breakfast on a burg. Absolutely amazing

A buddy of mine was saying that place rules.

What's the taste/texture like? I had a few Kangaroo burgers while in Australia. They were much tougher and gamier (word?) than the usual beef burger. Same thing with Horse?
- PlatosRepucklic

Horse is leaner and redder than beef, so you have a bit more of a gamey iron flavour in there and a lot less grease.

Texture isn't noticeably different from beef in ground form, perhaps a tad tougher if you're making patties out of it.

There's probably around 10-30% of restaurants that serve horse steaks as beef.

I guess eating horse is pretty Taboo in British and American culture.
- TheMussel

It is. I'm not inherently against it, but I've never found anywhere that actually sells the meat.

Surprisingly delicious meat though - ostrich

I was under the impression you were talking about steak specifically

Hi. You ladies getting your face paint and blue and white wigs ready? Gotta make sure you look like you belong in a Ziggy Stardust video for the game tonight. Leafs are playing good right now. Expectations high, just about the time the Leafs take a nose dive said every season ever for the last 20 years.

Sabres pretty much outplayed the Leafs in every category of the game last time around except the scoreboard. We'll see if your luck continues.
