Anyone with Rust is horrible. I wouldn't want him on my line in beer league. - Feds91Stammer
Yeah especially in the playoffs, I hated when he scored all those clutch game winning goals last year. Red wings need to rebuild, full style. Then again Nolan Patrick and Dylan Larkin as the top 2 centres is a good start.

... that's a 100% win for the Pens. - j.boyd919
No it's not Smith is terrible and Tatar will be playing in the Swedish league in 2 years if he keeps the downward trajectory. In 2 years those 2 plus a first won't be worth Sprong by himself. You're going to through a better dman than Smith in plus Pouliot and a first? Not very forward thinking. |

Rust had 1 GWG in the playoffs. So nice try, bud. Fehr had more GWG than Rust. |

I know I'm biased but c'mon. Don't even try to give me that Eric Fehr is better than Bryan Rust at this point in their careers. |

The talent level of college hockey is far inferior to those of major junior leagues. |

The talent gap is beginning to close. More and more NCAA kids are finding their way into NHL hockey and an increasingly high amount of them are high end talent. Look no further than our team for the surge in NCAA prospects that become every day NHLers. Over 50% of our team is ex-NCAA athletes. |

I dunno about the high end thing. But yeah I will agree the gap is beginning to close, but take in this.. juniors are 16-20 and have a better percentage of making the nhl than college players 18-24. In terms of talent, I still think juniors produces a higher percentage of NHL players, and higher end talent as well. Although NCAA is a good choice for kids because it allows them to get a degree as well. |

I feel like largely it's not entertaining, but when you get to the Frozen Four tourny thats when it becomes more enjoyable. I've watched some of the regular season games, I don't really find them to be as entertaining, kinda sloppy. |

I went to Western Michigan and the teams around the Great Lakes were decent. It was fun to go on the weekends. My wife and I used to get into it. |

Like it. Looks like Sully is going to beat the 1st line of Sheary, Sid and Rust to death however. |
