I'm saying he played top pair last year and held his own. Ideally, he'd be on your 2nd pair, but he was the top minutes eater for a playoff team last year. If he was totally overmatched, they wouldn't have made it.

Streit has a slap shot and that's about it. I'm amazed that he's still fooling people into thinking he's an actual NHL player.

Blame the team D all you want but Mason never makes a crucial save when the team needs it literally ever. What is that like 5 goals on 20 or so shots. I'm done with Mason constantly being given chance after chance to be the number 1 , time to give Neuvirth a string of games. I mean when the Caps needed saves from Grubauer (idk how to spell it ) they got it. When Philly needs a big save from Mason he just folds.
