I think his shoulder has a lot to do with things he has not been a big hitter since he came here

He is still growing into his man body. Once the man strength comes so will the confidence.

We hope the Juolevi pick is an Erik Karlssen and not a Douglas Murray.

I am not sure its his body thats the issue. How many 19yr olds complain publically about their icetime? Especially one that hasnt really proven anything.

I think he needs to mature and realize there shouldnt be a sense of entitlement. i hope Vantels wrong about him turning into a Kassian.

The point is even his body isn't working for him.

I have faith he will get it together and we will have a Cam Neely.

I wanted Jake at the draft and was expecting a Tkachuk type player . We got a Kassian type instead.

Truly hope you are right dude.
Him turning into that top 6 player would really push this team in the right direction.

Granlund and Baertschi both very young players on pace for 40 point seasons . I would take them over what Vegas will look at as a #6 Dman

I doubt JB is moving Sutter . Losing Hank the following year we would be in deep sh!t without Sutter.

Who are you putting your money on to fix this post and say we are in deep sh!t with Sutter ? I am putting my money on Lefty

It's really simple, at least to me...

Forwards: Henrik Sedin, Daniel Sedin, Loui Eriksson, Brandon Sutter, Bo Horvat, Sven Baertschi, Markus Grandlund

Defence: Alex Edler, Chris Tanev, Erik Gudbranson

Goaltender: Jacob Markstrom

Devils play like team Finland ...clog the nuetral zone ...plus they had their road warrior kinkaid in net ...5-2-1 on the road now with a GAA just over 2 ....Keith (frank)in kinkaid

I am pretty sure the reason Prust was moved through was that his influence on the younger guys was not what management had intended when he was brought in.

Adam Cracknell on the other hand I believe was a good influence on Jake.

For those of you saying that trading Sbisa exposes Granlund or Sven I got news for you unless they do something one of them will be exposed anyways.

The only way around not exposing one of them is by trading Hansen or Sutter .

I would still trade Sbisa unless you are trading Edler Tanev or Gudbrandson .

It is a numbers game and to be truthful if I seen Granlund or Sbisa exposed at the draft I would take Granlund

Benning needs to be active to force Vegas to take a player of Gaunce value.

- VANTEL

3 or 4 weeks ago you didn't care who Vegas took.
Anyways, try going through cap friendly and see if there are any teams that will have room for players, I have done this and found maybe 2 teams, and only 1 that might be able to take Sbisa and bump out a different defenseman.

If you are not protecting Hansen then you need to trade him because there def is value in him, more so then letting him walk for nothing.

So trade him. He's been great but you're not keeping a 31 year old guy and exposing two good young 23/24 yr old players like Baertschi and Grandlund.
