I think he was 40, but they said he was 16. What 16 yr old is 6'4 250 and has a perpetual 5:00 shadow??

despite the fact that we have virtually clinched the playoffs already, I imagine we will still lose our minds at every single loss the rest of the season.

Because that's who we are dammit

- jimbro83

rest assured I still think my team will miss the post season

The kid would stand under the net and just hammer anyone who came near the net. I was 6'1 and probably 160lbs. Was like a yugo running into a freight train.

Seriously, when I was a freshman at Michigan, I would see the football players walking around, and would ask myself "how does an 18 year old kid get that big"? I thought I was a pretty good athlete. Seeing those kids changed my definition of what a real athlete is.

Was there an uglier duo then Bird & McHale?

- mdw7413

Duo?!?!
I was a big Celtics fan back then (not the same game anymore by a long shot.), when they actually called the game according to the rules, not just what looks cool.

But Boston was the All-Ugly Team. Robert Parrish, Dennis Johnson, Danny Ainge. I know I'm forgetting a couple, but there may not have been an attractive person on the entire squad!

50 year old Bill Walton playing his last few years in Boston at that time too. He will never be confused with Brad Pitt.

Yeah, it's scary. When I was in high school I went to a Giants game and had pre-game sideline passes. The linebackers were warming up hitting each other 5ft in front of me and I think I may have peed a little.

My favorite basketball line of all time is Kevin McHale has more moves down low than a cheap hooker

Marc was rounding back into form around that time, then he takes a puck to the eye. Guy really was and still is on the short end of it.

Uhh, no not true. He was concussed by Eric during the 2010-11 season. They didn't make it out of the first round that year.
