lines are the same, but Coots line is the third line - YuenglingJagr
So everyone should be happy then. Couturier is listed on the 3rd line like everyone has wanted. |

At present, it would have to be Manning. But they have plenty of time to make better use of the slot. - JFlyers00
it is a stupid question. The Flyers dont need to protect anyone at present. When the time comes, if they protect Manning, they missed a good opportunity to improve their team.
Now give me back that trophy |

Fine.
Given the current Flyers' roster, which 3 defensemen would you choose to protect in the expansion draft? |

Poll: who has the best cabbage in the NHL? - YuenglingJagr
Great question...
I would say Erik Karlsson wins best in show with Jaromir Jagr getting the lifetime achievement award |

Unless you want PEB at 3C again (and remember that he can play up and down the lineup), just gotta deal with it. That line has actually been good since put together. It's whatever. Flyers desperately need to sign or trade for a 3C for the next 2-3 years. |

Since protecting defensemen is the current topic, and trade talks to protect our 3rd spot over Manning has been mentioned, which teams are looking to be in a tough spot with potentially losing a solid defenseman? Or which specific player for whatever team? |

To me line order isn't by the listing it's by utilization during a game. one games 2nd line might be the 3rd the next. |

At evens they have been a tire fire.
Simmonds slumping, Konecny was in a prolonged slump. |

Coots will get more ice time than Schenn almost every game at 5v5. When he was with Read and Weise he was getting more time than 11-10-17. Let alone Jake and TK. |

So then is 14 really the 3C? or is 10 the 3C?

No, you misunderstood me. That line was a monstrosity.
The 22-10-17 line has been good the 2 games, sample sample that it is, together. Weise actually is looking good playing with some more skilled players, like he did in Montreal. |

Bellemare is 2C, Schenn is 3C, and Couturier is 4C. But Schenn at any point can be shifted to 5C, like in preseason 2 years ago. That's his versatility. |

Actually I did. Sorry about that. And yes, Wheezie seems to be skating better lately, playing a bit more physical. |

Well 78 and 13 could be third liners if they didn't have that anchor dragging them down. |
