I think that it wasn't the hit so much as the fall... I know how that sounds - he wouldn't have fallen if not for being hit - but if he'd have landed differently I daresay that he'd be okay. I'm sure that we'll get another Grapes segment where the phrase "head on a swivel" gets thrown out a dozen times.

clean hit, they actually hit heads, McCabe had 15 stiches as a result, Laine got knocked out. He seems to be ok, was seen laughing as he watched practice yesturday. I think though the Jets will be uber cautious and take thier time, no sense rushing him after this.

Patrik Laine knows that Matthews' PPG would slowly but surely pull him over his totals. So he deliberately goes down with an injury so that his PPG remains static and there are always doubts about AustWon Caldthews. Typical Swinn behaviour.
