The amount of odd man rushes is getting ugly also

After watching that world junior game, this is painful.

I found that period entertaining, especially with the way the Flyers played overall.

I don't know what games you guys are watching. I thought they picked up their game after the Tampa goal but still holding their heads above water. Tampa is defending well and Tampa's goalie is making the saves look easy.

And people will be blaming the goalies for every loss when really what the hell can they do with as many breakdowns as we've seen since the winning streak ended. I'm not saying they aren't getting chances but they're giving up way too many high danger plays because they are pressing for goals and not getting them. The line changes look better on the offense side but they are going to figure out where each other is and should be out they won't last.

Unlucky period. It was also the 4th line that allowed the goal. I don't think the Lightning really had another good chance other than that one. Flyers had a ton of chances and hit two posts.

If they continue to play well, the goals will come. They've actually looked better over the last few games. I know the score doesn't indicate it though. Seems like every mistake or odd man rush has ended up in the net.

And people will be blaming the goalies for every loss when really what the hell can they do with as many breakdowns as we've seen since the winning streak ended. No question the Flyers have been giving up too many high quality chances lately, including today leading to a goal. They dominated the period but because of that breakdown, come out down a goal in the period.
