Once again Ghost is out of position. He might have to sit for a few games again.

The Ghost/Schultz pairing should not be allowed to happen

The sooner, the better. Sitting Lyub and Cousins for Weise and Gordon is frustrating
- BiggE

I think Gordon, Weise, Cousins and Vandevelde are all hot garbage.

I'm not advocating moving him (I think he can get back to what he was last year), but he's been horrendous the last ten or so games. And it doesn't look like he's playing through it any time soon. Let him watch from upstairs for a few games when Streit is back.

One more (at most) season of this. Maybe we see a Morin Ghost pairing in the somewhat near future.

I'd love to see Schultz waived and MDZ traded, leaving us:

Serious question. Why did giroux just pass up a shot from the slot that was wide open?

It's not like Stevens and Berube haven't gotten NHL head coaching jobs since they parted ways with the Flyers.
- PLindbergh31

I wasn't a fan of Berube but lets be fair here, there are only 30 NHL head coach jobs and only a few that become available each year at most. Not exactly always easy to get one.

I would listen to offers for him especially if Colorado is looking to package one of Duchense or Landeskog. But I like your idea of letting him watch a few when Streit comes back

Hexy says Rubstov situation remains unresolved; says he is here today to be examined by team docs for nasal injury.

I ask myself this same question all of the time.

Well he's under contract to be a head coach for an NHL team so that answers that. I believe the more pertinent question is: how good of an NHL coach is he? I'll reserve judgement until I see what he can accomplish with a better roster. That being said, I do find some of his lineup decisions and line combos to be questionable and I do think he has a tendency to favor a certain type of player. In his defense, you could likely say the same about most, if not all, NHL coaches.

Time will tell.

- BiggE

I agree. I don't like all of his lineup decisions but I can say that for every coach at times. Look at Lavvy and the way he handled the goalies. HATED it but I liked Lavvy

Funny thing is, I still view them as a playoff team and they are. The problem for me is, enough with the going overseas and picking up whatever. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't. What I do know is Hextall paid Dale Weise money he could have paid one or two very good bottom six PK specialists. Guys who are legitimate at their craft.
