It was a comparison of two d-men traded for each other that some on here are acting like it was the worst trade ever. Is Kuli decidedly better than Pysyk? No, but he's still young and with a lot more experience than Pysyk, and that means a lot with young d-men at this level.

His hit on larsson was clean. I dont understand. On one hand the older generation complains about how "soft" hockey has gotten. On the other they want every clean hit to be responded with a 5 minutes of tugging on each others jersey. You can't have it both ways

You're right, I guess your super powered brain just missed all the facts in the post and the question mark at the end of the sentence asking how did Buffalo not get the better player. I posted it for a more honest appraisal of the trade from people on here. If it was simply because Murray didn't like him, that's fine. I just find it hard to believe that was the only factor.

We didn't get the better side of the deal because, even though it is not Murray's fault for Kuli being injured by a door, we ended up with a defenseman who's had been injured and that will also probably be here for only 2/3 of a season before being dealt at the deadline. Murray may have not liked Pysyk, but dumping a young RFA defenseman on a cheap contract for a pending UFA was not smart.

I couldn't care less Pysyk is gone, I care that Murray thought Kulikov was any good. He isn't, and never really was. Despite the hundreds of more games he's played

You are playing the Bruins and most teams handle there business in back to back games like this, reagradless if the hit was clean or not. Carrier's hit wasn't bad either, Backus just turned but you see where that went. Like I said, keep laughing.
