I love the Bills, so forgive me for saying this:

They remind me of the Leafs.

Start a 5-year plan every 2-3 years.

Build to 7-9, then gut it and start over.

What I see that is a bit impressive is the Leafs are winning with only two good defencemen, wait until they have four more that are better than what they have now.
