Any word on when Ennis can play ?

I just remember the days when he was an exciting, creative player. Bylsma has helped sap the life out of his game too. I understand the concussion and injury but prior to that his effectiveness had dwindled under Disco.

We have to trade Kane, he has more goals then ROR
- SABRES 89

I'm guilty and I admit it. 3 weeks ago I would have traded him for a 2nd round pick.

I've never questioned his motor or his speed but he's always made stupid plays and he's a one-trick-pony. He's a shooter, plain and simple. But lately he's finding the back of the net.

Seems he is skating . If he can get his level up to 11 then when he comes back and dan sucks his hockey out of him, might only knock him down to 7

Girgensons on his line isn't a bad thing overall...unless he's with someone else that can't do a damn thing - then it's crap.

Last game it was Girgensons and Okposo, so that's not bad to try out IMO. Gotta do some big shuffling around with O'Reilly out, and that Foligno/Larsson/Gionta line should never be touched again, so a fill-in from the 4th line needs to move up (or callup from Rochester)

this is it, if you need fire power, your going to get it from baptiste, not girgens, carrier, moulson, foligno, gionta, grant, etc, etc, etc, etc

roll the top 3 lines evenly

My only edit would be in bold above as I believe Fasching will be ready for the NHL next season.

If not for his injury, he might still be up playing now.

Regardless of his point totals, I like what Carrier brings. He plays a heavy game and he's got some speed. Wasn't he known as a goal scorer in the minors ?

I think carrier would be fine on the 3rd line when they turn the page with foligno

never really a goal scorer

Only problem is that Carrier will be playing for Vegas.

Hmm.

I seem to remember him being held in high regard in the St Louis system when he came over in the Miller deal. Of course that could have been some drivel made up by Hamilton (who knows nothing IMO).

Once those players graduate to the big team, I could see us being a good team if those lines pan out.

We would just need to make moves for better D-men.
