If I remember correctly . GMTM said he doesn't have anything to do with who is on the ice for a game. He just gets them via trades and draft pics. The coach determines who of the bunch plays any givin night.

Like I said I don't trust his vision for building the team. Deslauriers and Grant are examples of players he identified as players he wanted on the team, and that cycles back into my not trusting his vision.
